Meet Rich Smith:
I’m Not Your Typical Millionaire

I didn’t grow up belonging to some fancy country club, and I never had a rich uncle leave me an inheritance.
I grew up in a family of seven sharing bedrooms, clothes, and fighting over who had to sit in the middle of the backseat.
No, I’m not your typical self-made millionaire. In fact, I’m probably a lot like you!
I was a teacher, husband, and dad trying to figure out how to make my money work harder.
Now I’m here to show you how to do the same.

Hi, I’m Rich!

When it comes to learning about money, it can be intimidating and confusing when you don’t know where to start or who to trust.

As a full-time public school teacher, I knew that if I was going to become a millionaire before I turned 40, I couldn’t depend on my salary alone to help me achieve financial independence.

If I wanted to build wealth, I was going to have to get strategic with my money, and so I did.

For the last 15 years, I’ve built a net worth exceeding a millionaire dollars by saving and investing in index funds, buying real estate, and growing my own small business.

I created Teaching Millionaires to make financial independence feel possible, practical, and encouraging.
